Date for your Diary - 5th Feb 2010.

Next years branch Football quiz night is being planned for Friday 5th Feb 2010.
Details to follow nearer the time, but I am sure if will be another great night and hopefully can keep up the amazing efforts so far.

Happy Anniversary - 14 Years.

Well.. how time goes by! Who would believe that today 14 years ago the Aberdeen branch Ayr Utd Supporters club was started at Montrose. The weekends away to Newcastle the Killie cup games and the lows of relegation. Never a dull moment. Not to mention the amount of money the Aberdeen bars / Scotrail have made from our travels.

Some key memory moments that I remember, phoning Ayrshire council to "care for my needs", the semi final victory over Hibs and who can forget the Airdrie "riot" while sitting in the executive box.

OH and searching Fife for a bakers that sold a pavlova!!!!! :-)

Dingwall Beckons. Ross County 19th Sept

Travel in place for the journey north to Dingwall. Strange to think that we could probably get to Ayr quicker than we can Dingwall but yet still has the feeling of a "local" game. Will Ayr's fortune change and obtain the 1st win of the season, probably not, but we always live in hope supporting Ayr that one of these days we get a surprise and keeps us coming back for more.
